After 3 played minutes Macaé FC got a freekick which was hit by Sebastião Lago. 6 minutes into the match, FLAMENGO's goal looked a bit too open when Geovani Salles came free, but Anıl Ege Akşin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sacit Lütufkâr sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Geovani Salles got free with Anıl Ege Akşin in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 15 minutes into the match, FLAMENGO's goalkeeper Anıl Ege Akşin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reginaldo Godoi. In the 17th minute of the match, Geovani Salles tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Anıl Ege Akşin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Reginaldo Godoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 19th minute, Geovani Salles left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Macaé FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. FLAMENGO's Anıl Ege Akşin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save FLAMENGO from getting a goal against them. In the 28th minute, Macaé FC's Geovani Salles ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Anıl Ege Akşin. Anıl Ege Akşin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Anıl Ege Akşin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geovani Salles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Macaé FC's Alberto Alcântara slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Anıl Ege Akşin. That made the score 3-0 after 38 minutes of play. When Tião Tinoco fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FLAMENGO's protests and gave Tião Tinoco a yellow card for diving instead. Tião Tinoco hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. 43 minutes into the match, FLAMENGO's goal looked a bit too open when Nando Salgado came free, but Anıl Ege Akşin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, FLAMENGO's goal looked a bit too open when Amauri Moura came free, but Anıl Ege Akşin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zé Pedro Brito made a kick off. But to his dismay, Nando Salgado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. FLAMENGO's Anıl Ege Akşin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geovani Salles in the 58th minute of play. After 60 minutes of play, Macaé FC's Geovani Salles made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anıl Ege Akşin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Anıl Ege Akşin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geovani Salles, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After 73 minutes of play, Macaé FC's Geovani Salles made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anıl Ege Akşin was left in no man's land by his defense there! 76 minutes into the match, Alberto Alcântara had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anıl Ege Akşin. FLAMENGO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberto Alcântara was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. 79 minutes into the match, Reginaldo Godoi notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of FLAMENGO's Anıl Ege Akşin. Anıl Ege Akşin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Felippe Bueno fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FLAMENGO's protests and gave Felippe Bueno a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FLAMENGO getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Felippe Bueno hit a great ball. After 88 played minutes Macaé FC got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Alcântara. Amauri Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anıl Ege Akşin having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Reginaldo Godoi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If João Adolfo Severo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Macaé FC had won after a very even match.
