Spectators: 6754 (Terracing: 5605, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dênis Barreto got the match started through his kick off. 6 minutes into the match, Vicenzi's goalkeeper Cássio Arruda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zé Pedro Brito. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Zé Pedro Brito took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Cássio Arruda to make any attempt to save it. 14 minutes into the match, Zé Pedro Brito dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cássio Arruda, 2-0. Cássio Arruda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tião Tinoco in the 19th minute. In the 21st minute, FLAMENGO's Sacit Lütufkâr dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. With an all-out effort, FLAMENGO's Cássio Arruda threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Laerte Ferraz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The crowd rose to their feet as Zé Pedro Brito kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cássio Arruda. That made the score 4-0 in the 27 minute of play. In the 30th minute, Tião Tinoco made a precise shot to the right of Cássio Arruda. Vicenzi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Anıl Ege Akşin came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Vicenzi's Dênis Barreto. But to his dismay, Dênis Barreto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. If Dênis Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 41st minute, Zé Pedro Brito made a precise shot to the right of Cássio Arruda. Vicenzi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zé Pedro Brito to strike the kick off in the second half. Cássio Arruda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tião Tinoco, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 72nd minute Zé Pedro Brito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cássio Arruda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anıl Ege Akşin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gilvan Souza in the 74th minute. After 75 played minutes FLAMENGO got a freekick which was hit by Zé Pedro Brito. Dênis Barreto received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Anıl Ege Akşin came out and tried to block the shot, but Dênis Barreto slotted it home off the left post making it 6-2 in the 78th minute. Anıl Ege Akşin made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Dênis Barreto sent off a good shot on target. Cássio Arruda didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sacit Lütufkâr went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dênis Barreto in the 90th minute of play forced FLAMENGO's goalkeeper Anıl Ege Akşin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zé Pedro Brito took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cássio Arruda. Cássio Arruda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-2. When the referee ended the match the FLAMENGO players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
