When Tomás Baptista came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Uber Land fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomás Baptista couldn't finish the play. Edinho Trigo came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Cabo Branco FC's Julio Soin. But to his dismay, Julio Soin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. If Tomás Baptista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Uber Land's zone, Julio Soin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edinho Trigo came out of the goal and Julio Soin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gildo da Rocha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Fernando Bastos made a huge save. In the 36th minute, José Maria Veloso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cabo Branco FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Gildo da Rocha charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gildo da Rocha the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gildo da Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Uber Land's Giovanni Brito got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 46th minute, José Maria Veloso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Edinho Trigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Maria Veloso, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 59 minutes into the game, Gildo da Rocha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. When Cabo Branco FC's José Maria Veloso in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uber Land's goalie prevented a goal. Cabo Branco FC played a much better game than Uber Land and deserved their victory. The Uber Land players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
