After having played for 13 minutes, Lucas Cano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AS wanheda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucas Cano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Gilson Severo took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Jarbas de Andrade to make any attempt to save it. Jarbas de Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filipe Linhares in the 18th minute of play. Enéas Nunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Palben in the 19th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Real Fazenda's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Cano came free, but Enéas Nunes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gilson Severo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute, Percival Talló ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Enéas Nunes was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gilson Severo was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Real Fazenda's Gilson Severo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jarbas de Andrade made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Lucas Cano charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Many of AS wanheda's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. AS wanheda may have spent more time on the ball, but Real Fazenda were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
