Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. César Palmeira started the match with the kick off. Basílio Cunha came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Maia's Josué Amaral. But to his dismay, Josué Amaral quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 16th match minute, Maia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rui Tavares to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Maia's Emanuel Motta got control of the ball when Luiz Fábio de Lara tried to sneak it across the goal line. Josué Amaral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Josué Amaral in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Basílio Cunha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 24 minutes into the match, Renan Damião had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Basílio Cunha. Camarazinho SS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Renan Damião was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Basílio Cunha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Josué Amaral's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. A collision led to Camarazinho SS getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. César Mandrak hit a great ball. After the first half Maia were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Josué Amaral to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Camarazinho SS's Basílio Cunha got control of the ball when Baltazar Santana tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luiz Fábio da Silveira during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Luiz Fábio da Silveira kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Maia's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
