Svante Sikström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Svante Sikström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juninho Toledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Mojutapera defense, Dráusio Mendes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Agostinho Macedo. The Mojutapera fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Agostinho Macedo should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caetano Furlan in the 24th minute of play forced Passinhos EC's goalkeeper Svante Sikström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 25 played minutes Passinhos EC got a freekick which was hit by Isaltino Torres. 29 minutes into the match, Mojutapera's goalkeeper Agostinho Macedo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dráusio Mendes. In the 31st minute, Dito Simão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Svante Sikström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Doni Cearense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the match, Passinhos EC's goal looked a bit too open when Juninho Toledo came free, but Svante Sikström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Svante Sikström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caetano Furlan, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Isaltino Torres was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 45 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute, one of Passinhos EC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Passinhos EC. The referee gave Mojutapera a penalty, 47 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Juninho Toledo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Passinhos EC's Svante Sikström. 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Caetano Furlan to strike the kick off in the second half. Caetano Furlan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Svante Sikström came out and tried to block the shot, but Caetano Furlan slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 57th minute. Doni Cearense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Passinhos EC's Svante Sikström got control of the ball when Caetano Furlan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Juninho Toledo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Svante Sikström made a huge save. 68 minutes into the match, Passinhos EC's goalkeeper Svante Sikström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcos Toledo. Serafim Sarmento kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. 74 minutes into the game, Silas Mangueira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Agostinho Macedo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Agostinho Macedo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dráusio Mendes's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. 84 minutes into the match, Passinhos EC's goal looked a bit too open when Doni Cearense came free, but Svante Sikström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute, Mojutapera's Juninho Toledo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-4. Artyom Rumashik made in the 95th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Waldir Melo however managed to control. The Passinhos EC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mojutapera were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
