Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Renan Moreira made the kick off and thus started the match. Paulo de Godoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Doni Cearense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Doni Cearense kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Paulo de Godoi. That made the score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. Renan Moreira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Paulo de Godoi made a huge save. Fabiano Veiga hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Juninho Toledo charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Juninho Toledo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Renan Moreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Buritama Sport Club's Paulo de Godoi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Buritama Sport Club from getting a goal against them. Buritama Sport Club's Paulo de Godoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldir Lago in the 33rd minute of play. Tales Moreira kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Paulo de Godoi acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 40th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Gil Moreno. The throw-in from Paulinho de Lima in the 47th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Mojutapera's Gil Moreno. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Olívio de Lima was the one to do the kick off. Olívio de Lima received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Agostinho Macedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 54th match minute, Mojutapera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juninho Toledo to maneuver through the defense. Renan Moreira scored 3-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paulo de Godoi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Renan Moreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th minute, Juninho Toledo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mojutapera fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. 74 minutes into the match, Buritama Sport Club's goal looked a bit too open when Juninho Toledo came free, but Paulo de Godoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Renan Moreira in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulo de Godoi saved Buritama Sport Club from getting behind. Paulo de Godoi came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Mojutapera's Renan Moreira. But to his dismay, Renan Moreira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Paulo de Godoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doni Cearense in the 85th minute of the match. Paulo de Godoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juninho Toledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Mojutapera's Filipe Romero quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Paulinho de Lima, made in the 92nd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renan Moreira in the 95th minute of play forced Buritama Sport Club's goalkeeper Paulo de Godoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Mojutapera players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
