Júnior Sampaio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 27thth minute tested the skills of Glauco Quadros when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Anselmo Lucas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Délio Berger in the 32nd minute of play. Anselmo Lucas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Délio Berger's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Leonor Futebol Clube's Rafa de Lima slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Glauco Quadros. That made the score 4-0 after 34 minutes of play. Glauco Quadros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Júnior Sampaio in the 38th minute of the match. Falcão's Glauco Quadros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Falcão from getting a goal against them. Anselmo Lucas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renan Siqueira in the 42nd minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Falcão's goalkeeper Glauco Quadros had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Júnior Sampaio. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rafa de Lima made a kick off. Leonor Futebol Clube's Anselmo Lucas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Délio Berger in the 76th minute of play. When José Maria Branco fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leonor Futebol Clube's protests and gave José Maria Branco a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Leonor Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. José Maria Branco hit a great ball. Giovanni Barbosa hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Telmo Barral took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 88th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Anselmo Lucas. Leonor Futebol Clube's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Glauco Quadros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafa de Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Glauco Quadros didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rafa de Lima went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. There was no doubt that Leonor Futebol Clube were the better team. Leonor Futebol Clube's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
