After a defensive mix-up in Pocrane EC's zone, Nildo Vargas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norbert Bochinski came out of the goal and Nildo Vargas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 8 minutes of play, Pocrane EC's Rodrigo Le Corre made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ulysses Simão was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Pocrane EC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Remo Ramalho hit a great ball. Pocrane EC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mosen Rioseras in the 16th minute. After taking down the ball on Pocrane EC's corner Mosen Rioseras fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ulysses Simão quite easily take care of the ball. Rodrigo Le Corre scored 2-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ulysses Simão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 35th minute, Pocrane EC's Rodrigo Le Corre ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ulysses Simão. Ulysses Simão yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-1. 42 minutes into the match, ZAMBRAZUX's goalkeeper Ulysses Simão had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mosen Rioseras. Norbert Bochinski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafim Cavalcante in the 43rd minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

52 minutes into the match, Pocrane EC's Mosen Rioseras sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ulysses Simão narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pocrane EC's Francisco Tulio got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Norbert Bochinski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laércio Koehler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mosen Rioseras took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ulysses Simão. Ulysses Simão dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. If Rodrigo Le Corre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
