The supporters of Pocrane EC booed when Sobral F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gil Félix didn't get a good kick on the ball. José Pedro Diniz charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed José Pedro Diniz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Sobral F.C. getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Sobral F.C.'s Juninho Marques proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Sobral F.C. from getting a goal against them. After 93 minutes of play, Pocrane EC's Mosen Rioseras made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net.
