Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Laércio Koehler kicked off to start the match. The coaching staff of ZAMBRAZUX protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Evandro Queirós had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 5th minute of the game. One of ZAMBRAZUX:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Diademons FC:s goal. The nice shot from Serafim Moraes in the 15thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Ulysses Simão had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Iuri Moreno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 19th minute of the match, Marcinho Duarte tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ulysses Simão saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The supporters of Diademons FC booed when ZAMBRAZUX was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulysses Simão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iuri Moreno in the 32nd minute of play. In the 52nd minute Marcinho Duarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulysses Simão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Virgílio Sena might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ulysses Simão. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Virgílio Sena ran back to his position shaking his head. After 79 minutes of play, Diademons FC's Virgílio Sena made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ulysses Simão was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 84th minute Virgílio Sena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulysses Simão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ZAMBRAZUX's Ulysses Simão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcinho Duarte in the 85th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Marcinho Duarte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 90th match minute, ZAMBRAZUX was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Paulo Souza to maneuver through the defense.
