It was beautiful to see Verdão da Mogiana's Ciro Rodrigues in action when he in the 88th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! 92 minutes into the match, U18 Cruzeiro's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimir Bezerra came free, but Luiz Fernando Souza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Dé Melo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 94 minutes had been played. After 94 played minutes U18 Cruzeiro got a freekick which was hit by Dé Melo. If Silvio Nastasio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Verdão da Mogiana players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
