Caboclos AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cícero Moura was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cícero Moura in the 10th minute of play forced Rossensal's goalkeeper David Cosme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hílton Marquez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19th minute, Ademir Custódio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 21st minute, Wellington Rossi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rossensal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 25 minutes, Hugo Dante mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rossensal and the Caboclos AD players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 25th minute, Hugo Dante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Duda Goiano during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 26th match minute, Caboclos AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duda Goiano to maneuver through the defense. When Cícero Moura came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Caboclos AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cícero Moura couldn't finish the play. David Cosme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hílton Marquez in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute Giovani Massa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Cosme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Caboclos AD's attentive Hílton Marquez managed to snatch the ball when Márcio Penha made a throw-in in the 35th minute of the game. Osmar Matos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisão Saraiva in the 42nd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Luisão Saraiva dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Osmar Matos, 2-0. David Cosme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hílton Marquez in the 47th minute of the match. After 63 minutes of play, Caboclos AD's Giovani Massa made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Cosme was left in no man's land by his defense there! Osmar Matos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisão Saraiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisão Saraiva in the 72nd minute of play forced Caboclos AD's goalkeeper Osmar Matos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Rossensal's José Carlos Tróia got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 86th minute, Carlos Tasso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
