In the 3rd match minute, Cachaceiros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gil Fonseca to maneuver through the defense. 11 minutes into the match, Cachaceiros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Afonsinho Fontes came free, but Paulo José Ceresso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, BIRUTI FC's Duda Pena got control of the ball when Claudinho Nóbrega tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 15 played minutes BIRUTI FC got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Alves. Duda Pena was out of position in the 21 minute of play, and Ale Crowley capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ale Crowley really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 28 minutes into the match, Ismael Alves had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paulo José Ceresso. Cachaceiros FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ismael Alves was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 36th minute, Cachaceiros FC's Antônio de Salles dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. After a rather tough play, Cachaceiros FC's Gil Fonseca got a free kick in the 40th minute. Rony Gerber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 46 minutes into the match, BIRUTI FC's goalkeeper Duda Pena had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antônio de Salles.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antônio de Salles stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Bin Osama fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cachaceiros FC's protests and gave Bin Osama a yellow card for diving instead. After 52 played minutes Cachaceiros FC got a freekick which was hit by Bin Osama. 53 minutes into the game, Ismael Alves cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Paulo José Ceresso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 57th minute, Vitinho Damião hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Duda Pena came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Cachaceiros FC's Antônio de Salles. But to his dismay, Antônio de Salles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Antônio de Salles put it in 4-2 from a short distance just to the right of Duda Pena. Duda Pena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gil Fonseca in the 66th minute of play. BIRUTI FC's Duda Pena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bin Osama in the 68th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antônio de Salles in the 69th minute of play forced BIRUTI FC's goalkeeper Duda Pena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Duda Pena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ale Crowley in the 70th minute of the match. Wellington Berger's late challenge caught a Cachaceiros FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wellington Berger helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, BIRUTI FC's Wellington Berger got a free kick in the 71st minute. Duda Pena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antônio de Salles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the match, Ale Crowley had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Duda Pena. BIRUTI FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ale Crowley was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. Duda Pena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antônio de Salles in the 78th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antônio de Salles in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Duda Pena saved BIRUTI FC from getting behind. 82 minutes into the match, BIRUTI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Antônio de Salles came free, but Duda Pena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Duda Pena came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Cachaceiros FC's Antônio de Salles. But to his dismay, Antônio de Salles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-2. Duda Pena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antônio de Salles in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Rony Gerber hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ismael Alves got free with Paulo José Ceresso in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
