Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Inajaroba EC's Agnaldo Santana started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, David Berger notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Pe de Sabão FC's Tiago Monteiro. Tiago Monteiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Through an outstanding action, after 9 minutes, Tiago Monteiro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anderson Urbano in the 10th minute of play forced Inajaroba EC's goalkeeper Benjamin Reis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Berger who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Tiago Monteiro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Anderson Urbano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benjamin Reis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. David Berger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Tiago Monteiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anderson Urbano in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benjamin Reis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 34th match minute, Inajaroba EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexsandro Pontes to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the game, Flavinho Neiva was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Inajaroba EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pe de Sabão FC the free kick. In the 38th minute, Flavinho Neiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 41st minute, Agnaldo Santana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tiago Monteiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agnaldo Santana in the 44th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Anderson Urbano made the kick off in the second half. Benjamin Reis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anderson Urbano's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. David Berger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benjamin Reis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erik Alcântara in the 56th minute of the match. In the 57th match minute, Inajaroba EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Roberto Maranhense to maneuver through the defense. Erik Alcântara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benjamin Reis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. David Berger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anderson Urbano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Benjamin Reis made a huge save. The supporters of Pe de Sabão FC booed when Inajaroba EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexsandro Pontes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 69 played minutes Inajaroba EC got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Eduardo Velloso. Benjamin Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wellington Paraíba in the 79th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Eusébio Cordeiro made a precise shot to the right of Benjamin Reis. Inajaroba EC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. 84 minutes into the match, Anderson Urbano dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Benjamin Reis, 2-3. After 90 minutes, Tomás Peres mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Inajaroba EC and the Pe de Sabão FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tomás Peres hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. If Eusébio Cordeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Inajaroba EC's zone, Anderson Urbano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benjamin Reis came out of the goal and Anderson Urbano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. David Berger kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. When the match was over Pe de Sabão FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Inajaroba EC throughout the match.
