With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valdomiro Bueno prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 20 minutes, Ernesto Ceresso mouthed his way into the referee's book. David Berger struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Valdomiro Bueno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Inajaroba EC. In the 36th minute David Berger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdomiro Bueno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Berger's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valdomiro Bueno read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. In the 42ndth minute of the game Agnaldo Santana who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Crobas EC's Valdomiro Bueno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Valdomiro Bueno stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Agnaldo Santana's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute, Agnaldo Santana ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valdomiro Bueno was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Frederico Mangueira hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute José Vítor Favoretto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Reis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valdomiro Bueno was a little too slow when David Berger got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 0-2. Inajaroba EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that José Vítor Favoretto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. 72 minutes into the game, Crobas EC's Edson Salles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benjamin Reis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Valdomiro Bueno made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Berger in the 76th minute. David Berger's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valdomiro Bueno read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. After having played for 82 minutes, Agnaldo Santana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Inajaroba EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agnaldo Santana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 90th minute, Frederico Mangueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Crobas EC's Valdomiro Bueno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Crobas EC from getting a goal against them. The Crobas EC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Inajaroba EC's performance. The match ended with a win for Inajaroba EC.
