After 17th play minutes Behiç Erkinay shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Cícero de Sousa and just under the crossbar into goal. Ettore Mastrocola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cícero de Sousa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ettore Mastrocola, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. The supporters of Olympus booed when Sheldon Cooper PHD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albertinho Rosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 28 in the game by Behiç Erkinay from a close distance when the talented Cícero de Sousa managed to make a qualified save. Sheldon Cooper PHD's players were relieved. In the 29th minute, Behiç Erkinay made a precise shot to the right of Cícero de Sousa. Sheldon Cooper PHD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Olympus's Giovanni Guimarães slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cícero de Sousa. That made the score 3-0 after 32 minutes of play. In the 37th minute Giovanni Guimarães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cícero de Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cícero de Sousa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rui Braga in the 38th minute of the match. Cícero de Sousa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giovanni Guimarães in the 39th minute of play. Cícero de Sousa made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Egídio Matos sent off a good shot on target. Cícero de Sousa came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Olympus's Ettore Mastrocola. But to his dismay, Ettore Mastrocola quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After 60 minutes of play, Olympus's Ettore Mastrocola made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cícero de Sousa was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Sheldon Cooper PHD defense, Fellipe Novaes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cícero de Sousa. The Sheldon Cooper PHD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cícero de Sousa should have stopped the shot. Rui Braga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cícero de Sousa having to interfere. Cícero de Sousa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rui Braga in the 76th minute of the match. After 78 minutes of play, Olympus's Rui Braga made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cícero de Sousa was left in no man's land by his defense there! 81 minutes into the match, Rui Braga notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Sheldon Cooper PHD's Cícero de Sousa. Cícero de Sousa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cícero de Sousa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ettore Mastrocola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cícero de Sousa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ettore Mastrocola in the 91st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Rui Braga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cícero de Sousa was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game.
