Spectators: 7153 (Terracing: 5653, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Oséias Falcão started the match with the kick off. Paulão Lara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 8th minute, Oséias Falcão left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Everest Futebol Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Jeferson Fontes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Alberto Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Dieguinho Fernandes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Everest Futebol Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Dieguinho Fernandes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alberto Barros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Oséias Falcão took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alberto Barros. Alberto Barros dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Alberto Barros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeferson Fontes in the 18th minute of the match. Jeferson Fontes might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alberto Barros. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jeferson Fontes ran back to his position shaking his head. Alberto Barros came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Everest Futebol Clube's Jeferson Fontes. But to his dismay, Jeferson Fontes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After 26 minutes of play, Everest Futebol Clube's Cláudio Botelho made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alberto Barros was left in no man's land by his defense there! Oséias Falcão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alberto Barros came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Everest Futebol Clube's Jeferson Fontes. But to his dismay, Jeferson Fontes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. After a defensive mix-up in Rude FC's zone, Jeferson Fontes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alberto Barros came out of the goal and Jeferson Fontes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Claudinei Rodrigues hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute of the match Everest Futebol Clube got a corner. Rude FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cláudio Botelho ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Rude FC's goalie and right to Edmundo Braga. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Rude FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After the first half Everest Futebol Clube were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

If Cláudio Botelho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute, Jeferson Fontes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 57 minutes into the match, Jeferson Fontes notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Rude FC's Alberto Barros. Alberto Barros was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 61 minutes, Claudinei Rodrigues mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rude FC and the Everest Futebol Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 60th minute of the game. One of Rude FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Everest Futebol Clube:s goal. In the 67th minute, Paulão Lara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Jeferson Fontes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Everest Futebol Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Jeferson Fontes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 0-8 when Cláudio Botelho sped through Rude FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alberto Barros. Rude FC's Alberto Barros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Rude FC from getting a goal against them. Rude FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 76th minute, when Jeferson Fontes scored to the left of an out of position Alberto Barros, making the score, 0-9. 79 minutes into the match, Oséias Falcão dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alberto Barros, 0-10. In the 82nd minute, Claudinei Rodrigues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cláudio Botelho was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 82nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Rude FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 86th minute, when Paulão Lara scored to the left of an out of position Alberto Barros, making the score, 0-11. Jeferson Fontes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Simão Furlan did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-12 to the left of a surprised Alberto Barros 90 minutes into the match. Alberto Barros was out of position in the 93 minute of play, and Jeferson Fontes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jeferson Fontes really showed his touch with that goal: 0-13. Paulão Laras short, quick shot in the 98thth minute got Alberto Barros to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Igor Mineiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edvaldo Chaves in the 99th minute of play. Everest Futebol Clube's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
