João Vítor Madureira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kléber do Nascimento went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. If Geovanni dos Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antônio Gaúcho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Natã Meireles made a huge save. When Geovanni dos Santos came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Guerreiros da Bola FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Geovanni dos Santos couldn't finish the play. João Vítor Madureira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kléber do Nascimento's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. The Guerreiros da Bola FC fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when Guerreiros da Bola FC's Geovanni dos Santos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Olinda's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Geovanni dos Santos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Geovanni dos Santos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. João Vítor Madureira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Geovanni dos Santos's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. But to his dismay, Kléber do Nascimento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-11. João Vítor Madureira made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Geovanni dos Santos sent off a good shot on target. Geovanni dos Santos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 95thth minute tested the skills of João Vítor Madureira when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
