Faustão Castro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 25th minute, Moema EC's Faustão Pinho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Wilton Recife. Wilton Recife yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Wilton Recife showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Eduardo Sena in the 27th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Luiz Eduardo Sena dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Wilton Recife, 4-0. Wilton Recife made an important save on a dangerous shot by Faustão Pinho in the 36th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Faustão Pinho notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Vermelhinha FC's Wilton Recife. Wilton Recife was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The tension between the Moema EC and the Vermelhinha FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 46th minute, Faustão Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Faustão Castro was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Faustão Castro in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilton Recife saved Vermelhinha FC from getting behind. In the 54th minute, Faustão Castro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wilton Recife was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. After some careless play in the Vermelhinha FC defense, Acácio Meirelles kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilton Recife. The Vermelhinha FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilton Recife should have stopped the shot. 64 minutes into the game, Faustão Pinho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Wilton Recife was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Faustão Castro hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute, Faustão Castro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wilton Recife was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. Wilton Recife took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustão Castro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
