Spectators: 7472 (Terracing: 5605, Seating: 1718, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Renan Mineiro kicked off to start the match. After 3 minutes, Acácio Netto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arcoverde and the Taucucúga players grew even worse after the yellow card. Acácio Netto kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Taucucúga defense, Jairo Ceresso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernardinho Teixeira. The Taucucúga fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernardinho Teixeira should have stopped the shot. Bernardinho Teixeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emerson Pinho in the 16th minute of the match. Jairo Ceresso took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernardinho Teixeira. Bernardinho Teixeira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Taucucúga's Renan Mineiro got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Taucucúga defense, Emerson Pinho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernardinho Teixeira. The Taucucúga fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernardinho Teixeira should have stopped the shot. 26 minutes into the game, Arcoverde's Jairo Ceresso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernardinho Teixeira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Bernardinho Teixeira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emerson Pinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardinho Teixeira came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Arcoverde's Dráuzio Dionísio. But to his dismay, Dráuzio Dionísio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. In the 35th minute Dráuzio Dionísio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardinho Teixeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute Emerson Pinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardinho Teixeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Taucucúga's Bernardinho Teixeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Acácio Netto in the 41st minute of play. Bernardinho Teixeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Ceresso in the 42nd minute of the match. Bernardinho Teixeira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dráuzio Dionísio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute Emerson Pinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardinho Teixeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo Ceresso in the 48th minute of play forced Taucucúga's goalkeeper Bernardinho Teixeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

The wind increased when Emerson Pinho made the kick off in the second half. Jairo Ceresso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gláuber Rosado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renan Mineiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Jairo Ceresso came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Arcoverde fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jairo Ceresso couldn't finish the play. In the 61st minute Emerson Pinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardinho Teixeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the game, Arcoverde's Acácio Netto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernardinho Teixeira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Joélson Nóbrega's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gláuber Rosado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Arcoverde's Jairo Ceresso got a free kick in the 67th minute. Emerson Pinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardinho Teixeira having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Dráuzio Dionísio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute Jean Rossi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gláuber Rosado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gláuber Rosado came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Taucucúga's Jean Rossi. But to his dismay, Jean Rossi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-7. With a little luck, Taucucúga's Bernardinho Teixeira got control of the ball when Dráuzio Dionísio tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Arcoverde's Cauã Porto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bernardinho Teixeira. That made the score 1-8 after 82 minutes of play. Bernardinho Teixeira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jairo Ceresso in the 88th minute. Renan Mineiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Gláuber Rosado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91st match minute, Arcoverde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Acácio Netto to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joélson Nóbrega in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gláuber Rosado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arcoverde's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
