Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Faustão Castro made the kick off which started today's match. Ale Bande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Acácio Netto in the 5th minute of play. After 5 played minutes Moema EC got a freekick which was hit by Acácio Meirelles. In the 8th minute, Faustão Castro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Moema EC's Ale Bande got control of the ball when Jairo Ceresso tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 14th minute, Acácio Netto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 15 minutes, Faustão Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moema EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Faustão Castro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Faustão Castro in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gláuber Rosado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 19 minutes, Delmar Hitz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Moema EC and the Arcoverde players grew even worse after the yellow card. Moema EC's Ale Bande proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Moema EC from getting a goal against them. If Faustão Pinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Faustão Castro in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gláuber Rosado saved Arcoverde from getting behind. 34 minutes into the match, Arcoverde's goal looked a bit too open when Faustão Castro came free, but Gláuber Rosado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Faustão Pinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute, Faustão Castro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Moema EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After 43 minutes, Acácio Netto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arcoverde and the Moema EC players grew even worse after the yellow card.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emerson Pinho made a kick off. Gláuber Rosado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faustão Castro in the 52nd minute of play. During the 53rd minute of the match Delmar Hitz completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Delmar Hitz a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 54 played minutes Moema EC got a freekick which was hit by Delmar Hitz. Ale Bande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emerson Pinho in the 55th minute of play. After 58 minutes, Faustão Castro made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Arcoverde's Gláuber Rosado tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Arcoverde's zone, Faustão Castro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gláuber Rosado came out of the goal and Faustão Castro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ale Bande showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Acácio Netto in the 68th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Faustão Castro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gláuber Rosado was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Adalberto Melo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Gláuber Rosado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, Faustão Castro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gláuber Rosado, 0-7. Gláuber Rosado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faustão Castro in the 88th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Arcoverde's goalkeeper Gláuber Rosado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luiz Campidelis. Acácio Netto hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. If Faustão Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Moema EC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Arcoverde.
