An unexpectedly hard shot by Kléberson de Salles in the 9th minute of play forced Sem Jeito So Derrota's goalkeeper Rubens Paulista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Sem Jeito So Derrota's goal looked a bit too open when Kléberson de Salles came free, but Rubens Paulista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 22 minutes, Kléberson de Salles mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AC Cecchetto and the Sem Jeito So Derrota players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 22 played minutes AC Cecchetto got a freekick which was hit by Kléberson de Salles. In the 25thth minute of the game Ronaldo Santana who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AC Cecchetto's Horácio Hermes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Horácio Hermes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo Santana in the 30th minute of play. Sem Jeito So Derrota's Rubens Paulista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kléberson de Salles in the 34th minute of play. Marco de Barros kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Marco de Barros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Horácio Hermes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. AC Cecchetto's Horácio Hermes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erivaldo Valadares in the 41st minute of play. In the 48th minute Erivaldo Valadares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horácio Hermes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erivaldo Valadares made a kick off. Amílton Bastos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rubens Paulista having to interfere. 53 minutes into the match, Amílton Bastos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rubens Paulista. Sem Jeito So Derrota's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amílton Bastos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Rubens Paulista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amílton Bastos in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Amílton Bastos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AC Cecchetto fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Rubens Paulista stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amílton Bastos's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Marco de Barros got a throw-in 66 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Erivaldo Valadares. AC Cecchetto's Horácio Hermes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save AC Cecchetto from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco de Barros in the 72nd minute of play forced AC Cecchetto's goalkeeper Horácio Hermes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Horácio Hermes made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Ronaldo Santana sent off a good shot on target. Ronaldo Santana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Horácio Hermes made a huge save. A collision led to Sem Jeito So Derrota getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Filipe Saraiva hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amílton Bastos in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rubens Paulista prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ronaldo Santana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Kléberson de Salles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 83rd minute, Erivaldo Valadares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87th minute, Afonso Lima hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th minute Luís Gustavo de Almeida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rubens Paulista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ronaldo Santana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Filipe Saraiva got free with Horácio Hermes in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. AC Cecchetto were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Sem Jeito So Derrota for a fine match.
