RapidZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Davi Rosa ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Kuzey Tanpınar almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but RapidZ's Stellan Bergqvist did a great save. In the 35thth minute of the game Kuzey Tanpınar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but RapidZ's Stellan Bergqvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Kuzey Tanpınar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stellan Bergqvist was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Walmyr de Queirós's late challenge caught a Unidos do Morro FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The RapidZ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Unidos do Morro FC were winning 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jean Berger made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cafu Paes in the 54th minute of play forced RapidZ's goalkeeper Stellan Bergqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kuzey Tanpınar got free with Stellan Bergqvist in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 64 minutes into the game, Benê Hoffmann was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RapidZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Unidos do Morro FC the free kick. Benê Hoffmann kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Edgardo Lekubegi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benê Hoffmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. When the match was over Unidos do Morro FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than RapidZ throughout the match.
