Caetano Veiga kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, Maksymilian Bronder made a precise shot to the right of Umberto Batista. Atlético Cruz's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 18 minutes into the match, Clodoveo Txindoki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Umberto Batista. Atlético Cruz's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Clodoveo Txindoki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. 21 minutes into the match, Atlético Cruz's goal looked a bit too open when Maksymilian Bronder came free, but Umberto Batista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Umberto Batista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raimundo Kaiet, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Raimundo Kaiet scored 0-4 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Umberto Batista, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 28th minute, Raimundo Kaiet left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sagatyba Esporte Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Clodoveo Txindoki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Umberto Batista came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Sagatyba Esporte Clube's Maksymilian Bronder. But to his dismay, Maksymilian Bronder quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. In the 38th minute Clodoveo Txindoki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Umberto Batista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Clodoveo Txindoki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Umberto Batista. Atlético Cruz's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Clodoveo Txindoki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. Sagatyba Esporte Clube's Benjamin de Mendonça proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Sagatyba Esporte Clube from getting a goal against them. Maksymilian Bronder hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adelino Meira to make the kick off. Umberto Batista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maksymilian Bronder in the 52nd minute of the match. Umberto Batista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clodoveo Txindoki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Umberto Batista made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maksymilian Bronder in the 57th minute. After some careless play in the Atlético Cruz defense, Maksymilian Bronder kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Umberto Batista. The Atlético Cruz fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Umberto Batista should have stopped the shot. Umberto Batista was a little too slow when Clodoveo Txindoki got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 0-10. Umberto Batista came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Sagatyba Esporte Clube's Maksymilian Bronder. But to his dismay, Maksymilian Bronder quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-11. If Clodoveo Txindoki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sagatyba Esporte Clube made a substitution. Zygmunt Dejo replaced Wade Shannon. 75 minutes into the game, Maksymilian Bronder recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Umberto Batista. Maksymilian Bronder showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-12. Clodoveo Txindoki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adelino Meira in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benjamin de Mendonça saved Sagatyba Esporte Clube from getting behind. When Ernani Dantas fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atlético Cruz's protests and gave Ernani Dantas a yellow card for diving instead. In the 85th minute, Ernani Dantas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 92 minutes into the game, Clodoveo Txindoki recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Umberto Batista. Clodoveo Txindoki showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-13. When the final whistle sounded Sagatyba Esporte Clube left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Atlético Cruz.
