Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Renato Pires started the match with the kick off. If Jorge Bladi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rony Passos made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Douglas Palmeira sent off a good shot on target. After 8 played minutes Renato Pires rounded new ring's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Rony Passos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renato Pires in the 13th minute of play. Douglas Palmeira took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rony Passos. Rony Passos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Renato Pires recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 30th minute Renato Pires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rony Passos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Umberto Alcântara kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Gilberto Capixaba's late challenge caught a new ring's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gilberto Capixaba helped the player get up and apologised. In the 34th match minute, Pinheirinho EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Capixaba to maneuver through the defense. When Dito Paes fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored new ring's protests and gave Dito Paes a yellow card for diving instead. Dito Paes kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Douglas Palmeira made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 40thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Rony Passos would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. After 42 minutes of play, new ring's Gernando Donato made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luan de Queirós was left in no man's land by his defense there! new ring's Rony Passos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renato Pires in the 46th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renato Pires in the 48th minute of play forced new ring's goalkeeper Rony Passos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jorge Bladi made a kick off. Júlio Souto charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Júlio Souto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Júlio Souto kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, new ring's David Gregersson got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 68th minute Renato Pires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rony Passos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. new ring's Rony Passos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renato Pires in the 75th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as new ring's Caco de Toledo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Luan de Queirós. That made the score 3-2 after 77 minutes of play. Douglas Palmeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Rony Passos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Douglas Palmeira in the 89th minute of play forced new ring's goalkeeper Rony Passos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the match, new ring's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Capixaba came free, but Rony Passos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute Renato Pires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rony Passos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Pinheirinho EC fans cheered their team off the field, for while new ring had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
