Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Adelino Azevedo kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adelino Azevedo in the 10th minute of play forced Sport Clube Bueno's goalkeeper Pedro Pires to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the game, Raí Siqueira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sport Clube Bueno's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atininga the free kick. Raí Siqueira kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adelino Azevedo in the 13th minute of play forced Sport Clube Bueno's goalkeeper Pedro Pires to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Pires made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franklin Pereira in the 18th minute of play. Pedro Pires showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franklin Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Anísio de Alcântara made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Fausto Dias sent off a good shot on target. In the 27th minute, Franklin Pereira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atininga fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 38th play minutes Fausto Dias shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Anísio de Alcântara and just under the crossbar into goal. Oséas Miranda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Anísio de Alcântara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 44 minutes of play, Atininga's Franklin Pereira made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Pires was left in no man's land by his defense there! Oséas Miranda charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oséas Miranda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The Sport Clube Bueno players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Atininga were winning 1-2.

Atininga's Anísio de Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Dias in the 56th minute of play. After 57 minutes, Rony Palmeira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atininga and the Sport Clube Bueno players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 57 played minutes Atininga got a freekick which was hit by Rony Palmeira. In the 60th minute, Edmílson Machado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Sport Clube Bueno's Richard Massa got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Edmílson Machado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Adelino Azevedo took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Pedro Pires to make any attempt to save it. Pedro Pires showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franklin Pereira in the 78th minute of the match. If Fausto Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Pires took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franklin Pereira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Adelino Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
