Diogo Falcão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erivaldo Cearense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Régis de Mendonça in the 95th minute of play. EC Framengo played a much better game than Queixadas and deserved their victory. The Queixadas players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
