With his leg Ronaldão Tinoco managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when Atlético Barbarense's Elias Pombal fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Emil Dziedziak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaldo Lago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Elias Pombal, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 24 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Ronaldão Tinoco was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Moura in the 29th minute of play forced Atlético Barbarense's goalkeeper Emil Dziedziak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elias Pombal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Ronaldão Tinoco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elias Pombal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldão Tinoco having to interfere. Emil Dziedziak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laerte Linhares in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 43rd minute, Elias Pombal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44thth minute of the game Laerte Linhares who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atlético Barbarense's Emil Dziedziak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Emil Dziedziak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Moura in the 45th minute of play. In the 47th match minute, Atlético Barbarense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 肖烨峰 to maneuver through the defense. 48 minutes into the match, Ibiracu's Ian Passos broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elias Pombal was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute, Ibiracu's Arnaldo Lago dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Emil Dziedziak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Laerte Linhares went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Emil Dziedziak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaldo Lago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd minute Arnaldo Lago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Dziedziak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Ibiracu's Arnaldo Lago slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Emil Dziedziak. That made the score 1-4 after 94 minutes of play. Elias Pombal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Ronaldão Tinoco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ibiracu's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
