Spectators: 7651 (Terracing: 5740, Seating: 1759, VIP seats: 152) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Leandro Mota started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Mota in the 3rd minute of play forced Bandelocos's goalkeeper Nilson do Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Billy Dowdall could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but David Pitta made a huge save. Billy Dowdall received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. David Pitta came out and tried to block the shot, but Billy Dowdall slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 6th minute. David Pitta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rafael Sobis in the 10th minute. Antônio Carlos Marinho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leandro Mota received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Nilson do Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Gurjao getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Leandro Mota hit a great ball. After 20 minutes, Rafael Sobis made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Gurjao's David Pitta tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Brasil got free with David Pitta in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gurjao's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Billy Dowdall scored to the left of an out of position David Pitta, making the score, 4-0. David Pitta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Guilherme Varela in the 27th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Daniel Brasil left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bandelocos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. 30 minutes into the match, Rafael Sobis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of David Pitta. Gurjao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rafael Sobis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Daniel Brasil took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Pitta. David Pitta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. David Pitta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Sobis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st match minute, Gurjao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafa Chaves to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Guilherme Varela in the 42nd minute of play forced Gurjao's goalkeeper David Pitta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute Rafael Sobis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Pitta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Gurjao defense, Billy Dowdall kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of David Pitta. The Gurjao fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that David Pitta should have stopped the shot.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rafael Sobis to make the kick off. Daniel Brasil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. David Pitta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 53 minutes into the match, Gurjao's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Sobis came free, but David Pitta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Rafael Sobis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but David Pitta was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Billy Dowdall in the 56th minute of play forced Gurjao's goalkeeper David Pitta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 57 minutes, Antônio Carlos Marinho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gurjao and the Bandelocos players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Bandelocos booed when Gurjao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antônio Carlos Marinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. David Pitta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Billy Dowdall in the 59th minute of play. If Antônio Carlos Marinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Daniel Brasil ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Pitta was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. The audience was convinced that Rafael Sobis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but David Pitta was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. 70 minutes into the match, Tiago Moraes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of David Pitta. Gurjao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tiago Moraes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. In the 73rd minute, Billy Dowdall left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bandelocos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0. Rafael Sobis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Pitta having to interfere. David Pitta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Sobis, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. David Pitta came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Bandelocos's Billy Dowdall. But to his dismay, Billy Dowdall quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-0. In the 88th minute, Rafael Sobis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Pitta was frozen by the shot and now it was 14-0. Bandelocos's Luiz Guilherme Varela got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. David Pitta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Guilherme Varela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Pitta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Billy Dowdall, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. When the referee ended the match the Bandelocos players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
