The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cléber Nunes during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Bandelocos booed when Mendonca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cléber Nunes didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Rafael Sobis sped through Mendonca's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sílvio Luís Gaúcho. 22 minutes into the game, Bandelocos's Rafael Sobis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mendonca:s Sílvio Luís Gaúcho showed great skill when he stopped Luís Gustavo Urbano:s penalty. 4-0 became the score in the 30th minute when Luiz Guilherme Varela elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The Bandelocos fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when Bandelocos's Daniel Brasil looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Betão Quirino's late challenge caught a Mendonca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Betão Quirino helped the player get up and apologised. In the 35th minute, Betão Quirino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sílvio Luís Gaúcho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Sobis in the 46th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

Mendonca's Sílvio Luís Gaúcho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Sobis in the 51st minute of play. Sílvio Luís Gaúcho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rafael Sobis went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Sílvio Luís Gaúcho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Sobis, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 11-0 when Rafael Sobis sped through Mendonca's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sílvio Luís Gaúcho. Sílvio Luís Gaúcho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sílvio Luís Gaúcho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rafael Sobis's shot from short distance in the 95th minute.
