Dorian Sergipano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Schmidt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. thurusbengus's Dorian Sergipano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Schmidt in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st minute Marcos Schmidt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorian Sergipano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the game, Canoeiros's Cleiton Nunes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dorian Sergipano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 30th minute Marcos Schmidt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorian Sergipano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cleiton Nunes in the 31st minute of play forced thurusbengus's goalkeeper Dorian Sergipano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dorian Sergipano came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Canoeiros's Dráusio Guerra. But to his dismay, Dráusio Guerra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. thurusbengus's Dorian Sergipano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Schmidt in the 41st minute of play. Dorian Sergipano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Schmidt in the 44th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, thurusbengus's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Schmidt came free, but Dorian Sergipano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The thurusbengus players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Canoeiros were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcos Schmidt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Marcos Schmidt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorian Sergipano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Arnaldo Bittencourt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dorian Sergipano was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Cleiton Nunes took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Dorian Sergipano to make any attempt to save it. Dorian Sergipano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cleiton Nunes in the 63rd minute. After a rather tough play, thurusbengus's Valdemar Moraes got a free kick in the 76th minute. Sidney Loyola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Dorian Sergipano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 88 played minutes thurusbengus got a freekick which was hit by Nelsinho Diniz. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcos Schmidt in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dorian Sergipano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dorian Sergipano was out of position in the 92 minute of play, and Marcos Schmidt capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marcos Schmidt really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. When the match was over Canoeiros could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than thurusbengus throughout the match.
