Spectators: 6594 (Terracing: 5594, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Albertinho Donatello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alkın Tanırcan in the 3rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Bayern de Magia's Dito Rezende got a free kick in the 5th minute. After some careless play in the Bayern de Magia defense, Paulo José Loureiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Noel Quintal. The Bayern de Magia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Noel Quintal should have stopped the shot. Noel Quintal came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Black Hawks's Paulo José Loureiro. But to his dismay, Paulo José Loureiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 19th minute, Francisco Cesaro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Albertinho Donatello. The goal made the score 1-2. In the 25th minute Dito Rezende shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albertinho Donatello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Caetano Ferraz during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Albertinho Donatello was out of position in the 29 minute of play, and Francisco Cesaro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Francisco Cesaro really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. 32 minutes into the match, Bayern de Magia's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo José Loureiro came free, but Noel Quintal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Caetano Ferraz struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Noel Quintal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Black Hawks. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulo José Loureiro in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Noel Quintal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Noel Quintal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredinho Palmeira, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 43rd minute Sydney Alagoano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Quintal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With 46 minutes on the clock, Eusébio Catarinense commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 45th minute, one of Bayern de Magia:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bayern de Magia. After the first half Black Hawks were leading 2-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The supporters of Bayern de Magia booed when Black Hawks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abelardo Paiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Alfredinho Palmeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Black Hawks's Adrianinho Arósio couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Bayern de Magia. In the 69th minute Dito Rezende shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albertinho Donatello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Noel Quintal was a little too slow when Paulo José Loureiro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 2-5. 78 minutes into the game, Alfredinho Palmeira recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Noel Quintal. Alfredinho Palmeira showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-6. João Carlos Secco hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. A collision led to Bayern de Magia getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Francisco Cesaro hit a great ball. After 95 played minutes Bayern de Magia got a freekick which was hit by Dito Rezende. A collision led to Bayern de Magia getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Dito Rezende hit a great ball. The Bayern de Magia fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Black Hawks were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
