Spectators: 7530 (Terracing: 5649, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Perivaldo Mangueira started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the Vagabundos do MZ F.C. defense, Adhemar Paraense kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mané Pereira. The Vagabundos do MZ F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mané Pereira should have stopped the shot. Adhemar Paraense succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 6th playminute. Adhemar Paraense came free with the goalkeeper in the 10th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mané Pereira could save by the left post. Lobos do Cerrado's Noel Custódio got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adhemar Paraense who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Mané Pereira when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Adhemar Paraense could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Mané Pereira made a huge save. Mané Pereira came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Lobos do Cerrado's Adhemar Paraense. But to his dismay, Adhemar Paraense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Perivaldo Mangueira fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 24th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. If Adhemar Paraense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Kléber de Mendonça's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mané Pereira was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. 34 minutes into the game, Lobos do Cerrado's Adhemar Paraense nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mané Pereira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Perivaldo Mangueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Vagabundos do MZ F.C.'s zone, Adhemar Paraense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mané Pereira came out of the goal and Adhemar Paraense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kléber de Mendonça fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mané Pereira having to interfere. Vagabundos do MZ F.C.'s Mané Pereira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Vagabundos do MZ F.C. from getting a goal against them. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mané Pereira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mané Pereira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adhemar Paraense, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Mané Pereira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adhemar Paraense's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Mané Pereira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilson Chaves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Noel Custódio took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mané Pereira. Mané Pereira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. In the 69th minute, Adhemar Paraense made a precise shot to the right of Mané Pereira. Vagabundos do MZ F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. When Lobos do Cerrado's Adhemar Paraense in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vagabundos do MZ F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adhemar Paraense in the 84th minute of play forced Vagabundos do MZ F.C.'s goalkeeper Mané Pereira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Adhemar Paraense had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mané Pereira. Vagabundos do MZ F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adhemar Paraense was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. The audience was convinced that Wilson Chaves's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mané Pereira was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. Mané Pereira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adhemar Paraense in the 97th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Lobos do Cerrado players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
