Abdulkerim Akgündüz had several of the Coventry Motors FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 20 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Júlio César as he didn't even see the shot coming. Felice Riccitelli hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Aleksandar Haltinner sped through A.C. Doutrina Milanista's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Juan Ignacio Oropesa. After 32 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Coventry Motors FC! Aleksandar Haltinner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abdulkerim Akgündüz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 88 minutes, Yuri Garcia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Coventry Motors FC and the A.C. Doutrina Milanista players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 88th match minute, Coventry Motors FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yuri Garcia to maneuver through the defense. Fernando da Costa took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 89th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Júlio César. Coventry Motors FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in A.C. Doutrina Milanista fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 96th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 98 minutes, Coventry Motors FC's Laércio Peres got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Juan Ignacio Oropesa. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Coventry Motors FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
