Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mazinho Recife in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tiaguinho Vasconcelos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 10th minute, Percival Meireles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tiaguinho Vasconcelos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tadeu Vale went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Mazinho Recife might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tiaguinho Vasconcelos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mazinho Recife ran back to his position shaking his head. After taking down the ball on Stquiby FC's corner Ronaldão Mineiro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tiaguinho Vasconcelos quite easily take care of the ball. A collision led to Stquiby FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Álvaro Madureira hit a great ball. In the 29th minute of the match Bora Bill shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alberto França showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Stquiby FC's Tadeu Vale got a free kick in the 30th minute. Tadeu Vale could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Tiaguinho Vasconcelos made a huge save. A collision led to Braian Fagundes Craque getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Percival Meireles hit a great ball. Tiaguinho Vasconcelos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mazinho Recife in the 36th minute of the match. Mazinho Recife recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 79th minute, Mazinho Recife made a precise shot to the right of Tiaguinho Vasconcelos. Braian Fagundes Craque's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Alberto França showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norberto Peres in the 82nd minute of the match. Many of Braian Fagundes Craque's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Braian Fagundes Craque may have spent more time on the ball, but Stquiby FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
