Charles Prestes's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Eliseu Figueiredo firmly grabbed it by the left post. Eliseu Figueiredo made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Mauro Brasil sent off a good shot on target. Charles Prestes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 48th minute, Mauro Brasil reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Eliseu Figueiredo. The goal made the score 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ciro Campidelis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. El Barto F.c FDFDF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valdemar Baptista was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0.
