A collision led to Vilhena SS getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Amadeu de Salles hit a great ball. Nesor Rancel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Yan Seco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nesor Rancel struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Yan Seco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Feil Futebol Club. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mauro Brasil in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Giuseppe Ferraz saved Feil Futebol Club from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Charles Prestes got free with Giuseppe Ferraz in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Mauro Brasil's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Giuseppe Ferraz was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. A collision led to Feil Futebol Club getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. José de Mendonça hit a great ball. When Charles Prestes came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Vilhena SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Charles Prestes couldn't finish the play. Giuseppe Ferraz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Brasil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mauro Vidal fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Feil Futebol Club's protests and gave Mauro Vidal a yellow card for diving instead. José Perez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 30 minutes, Mauro Brasil made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Feil Futebol Club's Giuseppe Ferraz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 33rd minute Mauro Brasil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giuseppe Ferraz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mauro Brasil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. During the 38th minute of the match Mauro Vidal completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Mauro Vidal a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Mauro Vidal kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. José Perez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Giuseppe Ferraz made a huge save. Mauro Brasil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Giuseppe Ferraz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdemar Baptista in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mauro Brasil to strike the kick off in the second half. Mauro Brasil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64th minute, Alfredinho de Lima hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Feil Futebol Club's Armindo Schmidt got a free kick in the 65th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Vilhena SS's goal looked a bit too open when Kajetan Dzerwucki came free, but Yan Seco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Jardel Baiano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Feil Futebol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Jardel Baiano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yan Seco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Feil Futebol Club's José de Mendonça got a free kick in the 74th minute. Valdemar Baptista took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Giuseppe Ferraz. Feil Futebol Club's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Mauro Brasil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Charles Leite managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vilhena SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Charles Leite was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Giuseppe Ferraz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Vilhena SS booed when Feil Futebol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walmyr Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. José Perez was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 88th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Feil Futebol Club's Giuseppe Ferraz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charles Leite in the 91st minute of play. If Kajetan Dzerwucki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vilhena SS's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
