Madury FC's Manfredo Faria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nilton Cordeiro in the 9th minute of play. 11 minutes into the game, Alfredinho da Cunha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Luís Gustavo Neto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 16 minutes into the match, Alhandra's goal looked a bit too open when Waldemar Bezerra came free, but Luís Gustavo Neto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luís Gustavo Neto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Umberto Paranaense, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. João Pedro Vidal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Gustavo Neto having to interfere. If Alfredinho da Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Madury FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Alfredinho da Cunha hit a great ball. Manfredo Faria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dida Moura in the 43rd minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for João Pedro Vidal to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Alhandra getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Rodolfo de Almeida hit a great ball. The supporters of Madury FC booed when Alhandra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nilton Cordeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 59 minutes of play Madury FC's Carlinhos Peixoto was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In a very dangerous position, a player in Madury FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 58th minute. Penalty! In the 61st minute there was a penalty for Alhandra. Christian de Senna stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Manfredo Faria. 2-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rodolfo de Almeida in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Manfredo Faria prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Manfredo Faria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dida Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Alfredinho da Cunha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luís Gustavo Neto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Madury FC defense, Rodolfo de Almeida kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manfredo Faria. The Madury FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manfredo Faria should have stopped the shot. When Guto Eger fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alhandra's protests and gave Guto Eger a yellow card for diving instead. After 96 played minutes Alhandra got a freekick which was hit by Guto Eger. If Waldemar Bezerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alhandra were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Madury FC for a fine match.
