In the 8th minute of the match, João Pedro Terra got a very nice opportunity to score, but Giovanni Monteiro was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The supporters of Languiru SC booed when Demolidores was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cido Maia didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Cido Maia fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Demolidores's protests and gave Cido Maia a yellow card for diving instead. Cido Maia hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valdo Fernandes in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marquinhos Duarte saved Demolidores from getting behind. After 16 minutes of play, Demolidores's Cido Maia made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Giovanni Monteiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ivo Vale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Marquinhos Duarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Giovanni Monteiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cido Maia in the 27th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, João Pedro Terra dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Giovanni Monteiro, 2-0. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valdo Fernandes made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Bebeto Gaúcho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valdo Fernandes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Marquinhos Duarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 57 minutes, Marquinhos Duarte successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ivo Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers João Pedro Terra in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Giovanni Monteiro saved Languiru SC from getting behind. Cido Maia took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Giovanni Monteiro. Giovanni Monteiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. With splendid footwork Valdo Fernandes arrived in front of goal to shoot 4-1 by the left pole in the game's 65th minute. Giovanni Monteiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Pedro Terra in the 74th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Douglas Vasconcelos during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 79th match minute, Languiru SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Douglas Vasconcelos to maneuver through the defense.
