The supporters of JESUS TE AMA FC booed when Carona AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charles Pinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raúl Hermes struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Rubens Breckenfeld didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JESUS TE AMA FC. Rubens Breckenfeld showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Mattos in the 5th minute of the match. Raúl Hermes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 12 minutes into the game, Tião Pena cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Elias Cordeiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Andrézinho Bertassi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Rubens Breckenfeld tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Carona AD's goal looked a bit too open when Andrézinho Bertassi came free, but Rubens Breckenfeld reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronaldão Cosme blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rubens Breckenfeld having to make a save. After some careless play in the Carona AD defense, Raúl Hermes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rubens Breckenfeld. The Carona AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rubens Breckenfeld should have stopped the shot. If Andrézinho Bertassi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Tião Pena could shoot a difficult shot in the 30th minute, which Elias Cordeiro however easily saved by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Carona AD's zone, Ronaldão Cosme stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rubens Breckenfeld came out of the goal and Ronaldão Cosme tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. JESUS TE AMA FC's Elias Cordeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Vale in the 33rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, JESUS TE AMA FC's Andrézinho Bertassi got a free kick in the 34th minute. After 36th play minutes Tião Pena shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Elias Cordeiro and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 39th minute, Andrézinho Bertassi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rubens Breckenfeld was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Christian Mattos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rubens Breckenfeld having to interfere. After a rather tough play, JESUS TE AMA FC's Raúl Hermes got a free kick in the 44th minute. Rubens Breckenfeld made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Mattos in the 46th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Andrézinho Bertassi made the kick off in the second half. If Tião Pena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. In the 55thth minute of the game Valdemar Viana who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but JESUS TE AMA FC's Elias Cordeiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Christian Mattos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rubens Breckenfeld having to interfere. Elias Cordeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdemar Viana in the 61st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar Viana in the 64th minute of play forced JESUS TE AMA FC's goalkeeper Elias Cordeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raúl Hermes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Rubens Breckenfeld tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. JESUS TE AMA FC's Andrézinho Bertassi got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Andrézinho Bertassi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Andrézinho Bertassi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elias Cordeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Abraão in the 77th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, JESUS TE AMA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Abraão came free, but Elias Cordeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christian Mattos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rubens Breckenfeld having to interfere. César Proença hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Ronaldão Cosme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carona AD's Rubens Breckenfeld proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Carona AD from getting a goal against them. JESUS TE AMA FC's Elias Cordeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdemar Viana in the 90th minute of play. Elias Cordeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Abraão in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 93rd minute Tião Pena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Cordeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andrézinho Bertassi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Rubens Breckenfeld made a huge save. Carona AD succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though JESUS TE AMA FC had controlled the match.
