The player immediately received a yellow card. 27 minutes into the game, one of Real Brasil:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 29th minute there was a penalty for Calibres FC. Henrique Vargas stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bruninho Fonseca. 0-1. After a rather tough play, Calibres FC's Róbson de Queiroz got a free kick in the 31st minute. Tony Arantes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Meirelles having to interfere. If Michel Alves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 45 played minutes Real Brasil got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Severo. Elias Ceresso's late challenge caught a Real Brasil's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The Calibres FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
