In the 8th match minute, Calibres FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dário Paraense to maneuver through the defense. Arnaldo Macedo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fernando Meirelles came out and tried to block the shot, but Arnaldo Macedo slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 16th minute. When Léo Mota came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the SantasticFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Léo Mota couldn't finish the play. When SantasticFC's Arnaldo Macedo in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Calibres FC's goalie prevented a goal. Fernando Meirelles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dalmo Xavier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fernando Meirelles didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnaldo Macedo went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Cafu Peres might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fernando Meirelles. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cafu Peres ran back to his position shaking his head. Fernando Meirelles was a little too slow when Arnaldo Macedo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 4-0. Michel Alves hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Arnaldo Macedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Fernando Meirelles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Michel Alves scored 4-1 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Téo Bezerra, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Valdomiro Bertassi charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valdomiro Bertassi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, SantasticFC's Valdomiro Bertassi got a free kick in the 41st minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

Gernando Torres hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. 60 minutes into the match, SantasticFC's goalkeeper Téo Bezerra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michel Alves. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Macedo in the 64th minute of play forced Calibres FC's goalkeeper Fernando Meirelles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnaldo Macedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Róbson de Queiroz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Téo Bezerra having to interfere. Calibres FC's Luciano Ferraz got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of SantasticFC booed when Calibres FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gernando Torres didn't get a good kick on the ball. When SantasticFC's Arnaldo Macedo in 79 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Fernando Meirelles guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. 80 minutes into the game, Dário Paraense was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Calibres FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SantasticFC the free kick. After 80 played minutes Calibres FC got a freekick which was hit by Dário Paraense. Arnaldo Macedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 85 minutes into the match, Michel Alves notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of SantasticFC's Téo Bezerra. Téo Bezerra was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Ferraz in the 90th minute of play forced SantasticFC's goalkeeper Téo Bezerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute, Dalmo Xavier left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SantasticFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-2. In the 96th match minute, Calibres FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Róbson de Queiroz to maneuver through the defense.
