Luisão Barros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Narciso Dias, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Mayhem Sharks's Luís Fabiano de Andrade was substituted for Fachtna Duggan. Narciso Dias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Narciso Dias got free with Luisão Barros in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mayhem Sharks's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Narciso Dias in the 63rd minute. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Paulo José Garcia advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-4 in the 63rd minute. In the 66th minute, Mayhem Sharks's Narciso Dias dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. Wellington de Almeida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oséas Pimenta in the 70th minute of play. Arnaldo Martins recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Narciso Dias struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Luisão Barros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mayhem Sharks. 77 minutes into the game, Mayhem Sharks's Narciso Dias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luisão Barros made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Arnaldo Martins kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Luís Fabiano de Andrade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
