When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Erik Vihonský sped through Padronal's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marcel Passos. Lúcio Sá took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcel Passos. Marcel Passos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. When Curiphila Eagles's Lúcio Sá in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Padronal's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Lúcio Sá's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcel Passos was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. After 39 minutes, Erik Vihonský made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. Padronal's Marcel Passos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Lúcio Sá had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 43 minutes of play Padronal's Jack Vegas was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 43rd minute, Jack Vegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lúcio Sá received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Marcel Passos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Padronal's Freddy Angelsø sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kjell Sjöö narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Freddy Angelsø made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Curiphila Eagles's goal looked a bit too open when Mané Mineiro came free, but Kjell Sjöö reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Freddy Angelsø hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Marcel Passos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lúcio Sá, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 61 minutes into the game, Erik Vihonský recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marcel Passos. Erik Vihonský showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. In the 64th minute, Bernardinho Laguna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marcel Passos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lúcio Sá in the 65th minute of play. A collision led to Curiphila Eagles getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Marcel Passos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erik Vihonský in the 77th minute. After 78 played minutes Curiphila Eagles got a freekick which was hit by Nico Cunha. Marcel Passos was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lúcio Sá showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-10 in the 81 minute of play. Padronal's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gustavo Reis ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Gustavo Reis got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marcel Passos quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Bernardinho Laguna struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Kjell Sjöö didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Padronal. Lúcio Sá sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Padronal's Marcel Passos got control of the ball when Erik Vihonský tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 96th minute, Freddy Angelsø hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Curiphila Eagles's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
