Gabriel Pereira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Khaidir Sopandi in the 7th minute of play. Gabriel Pereira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erik Vihonský went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 14 minutes into the match, 40 Below Summer's goal looked a bit too open when Douglas Gerber came free, but Gabriel Pereira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gabriel Pereira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lúcio Sá, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th play minute Lúcio Sá came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Gabriel Pereira. 3-0. In the 30th minute, Lúcio Sá ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gabriel Pereira was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Erik Vihonský received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gabriel Pereira came out and tried to block the shot, but Erik Vihonský slotted it home off the left post making it 8-0 in the 37th minute. 41 minutes into the game, Erik Vihonský cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Gabriel Pereira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the 40 Below Summer defense, Erik Vihonský kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gabriel Pereira. The 40 Below Summer fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gabriel Pereira should have stopped the shot. Piearres Holgado received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gabriel Pereira came out and tried to block the shot, but Piearres Holgado slotted it home off the left post making it 11-0 in the 47th minute.

In the 53rd minute, Erik Vihonský left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Curiphila Eagles fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 12-0. Vince Van Hooveldt took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gabriel Pereira. Gabriel Pereira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 13-0. Gabriel Pereira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lúcio Sá, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. When the referee ended the match the Curiphila Eagles players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
