Alfredinho Saraiva made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Dinei Jacinto sent off a good shot on target. Luiz Fabiano Abreu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vladimir Vasconcelos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Fabiano Abreu in the 21st minute of play. Vladimir Vasconcelos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luiz Fabiano Abreu went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Alfredinho Saraiva made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Luan Moraes sent off a good shot on target. When Luan Moraes fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ArturoChips E.C.'s protests and gave Luan Moraes a yellow card for diving instead. After 27 played minutes ArturoChips E.C. got a freekick which was hit by Luan Moraes. Alfredinho Saraiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Josué Toledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. If Jean Campidelis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 32 minutes into the match, Christian Cordeiro notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of ArturoChips E.C.'s Vladimir Vasconcelos. Vladimir Vasconcelos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With 36 minutes on the clock, Alexandre Domingues commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 46 minutes into the match, Riconada EC's goal looked a bit too open when Josué Toledo came free, but Alfredinho Saraiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 52nd minute, Ismael Cardoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58th minute, Josué Toledo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vladimir Vasconcelos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Cordeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 64th minute, Edu Ortiz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vladimir Vasconcelos. The goal made the score 2-4. Luan Moraes was shown his second yellow card after 71 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. 71 minutes into the game, one of ArturoChips E.C.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edu Ortiz in the 86th minute of play forced ArturoChips E.C.'s goalkeeper Vladimir Vasconcelos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 91 minutes, Vladimir Vasconcelos successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a little luck, ArturoChips E.C.'s Vladimir Vasconcelos got control of the ball when Christian Cordeiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 98th match minute, Riconada EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Cordeiro to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Riconada EC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
