The audience thought a goal was coming when Dinei Jacinto got free with Felippe de Barros in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Falcão do Nascimento fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PARTENON - RS's protests and gave Falcão do Nascimento a yellow card for diving instead. Falcão do Nascimento hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. 11 minutes into the match, PARTENON - RS's goal looked a bit too open when Josué Toledo came free, but Felippe de Barros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th match minute, ArturoChips E.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luizão Dracena to maneuver through the defense. After 18 minutes, Jean Esteves mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ArturoChips E.C. and the PARTENON - RS players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jean Esteves kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Vladimir Vasconcelos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carmelo Patxi's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Josué Toledo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carmelo Patxi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimir Vasconcelos having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Luan Moraes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ArturoChips E.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carmelo Patxi in the 36th minute of play forced ArturoChips E.C.'s goalkeeper Vladimir Vasconcelos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Toninho Alcântara struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Vladimir Vasconcelos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PARTENON - RS. 39 minutes into the match, ArturoChips E.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Jesus Christian came free, but Vladimir Vasconcelos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dinei Jacinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. PARTENON - RS's Felippe de Barros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josué Toledo in the 43rd minute of play. Dinei Jacinto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Felippe de Barros made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Luan Moraes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Felippe de Barros. That made the score 2-0 in the 46 minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carmelo Patxi to make the kick off. Vladimir Vasconcelos was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Toninho Alcântara capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Toninho Alcântara really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. In the 58th minute, Falcão do Nascimento reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vladimir Vasconcelos. The goal made the score 2-2. In the 64th minute, Dinei Jacinto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of PARTENON - RS booed when ArturoChips E.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luan Moraes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute, Carmelo Patxi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vladimir Vasconcelos was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Carmelo Patxi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carmelo Patxi scored 2-4 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vladimir Vasconcelos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 84 minutes, Carmelo Patxi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PARTENON - RS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carmelo Patxi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 90th minute, Luan Moraes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Jean Esteves was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 93 minutes had been played.
