With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gualterio Gilabert in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vladimir Vasconcelos saved ArturoChips E.C. from getting behind. Gualterio Gilabert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimir Vasconcelos having to interfere. If Gualterio Gilabert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 11th minute, Gualterio Gilabert left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The E.C. Água Santa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Gualterio Gilabert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimir Vasconcelos having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Gualterio Gilabert managed to get in a good position for a shot. E.C. Água Santa's supporters rose to their feet, but Gualterio Gilabert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vladimir Vasconcelos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Gualterio Gilabert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Gualterio Gilabert came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the E.C. Água Santa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gualterio Gilabert couldn't finish the play. If Gualterio Gilabert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gualterio Gilabert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. E.C. Água Santa's Kiko Passos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save E.C. Água Santa from getting a goal against them. Gualterio Gilabert scored 0-3 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vladimir Vasconcelos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gualterio Gilabert to strike the kick off in the second half. If Carlos Casemiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Carlos Casemiro was extremely unlucky when he, in the 56th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Gualterio Gilabert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimir Vasconcelos having to interfere. After a rather tough play, ArturoChips E.C.'s Josué Toledo got a free kick in the 61st minute. Gualterio Gilabert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. E.C. Água Santa's Jonas Fernandes was substituted for Thiago Barros. With a little luck, ArturoChips E.C.'s Vladimir Vasconcelos got control of the ball when Gualterio Gilabert tried to sneak it across the goal line. With an all-out effort, E.C. Água Santa's Vladimir Vasconcelos threw himself towards the right post 72 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Carlos Casemiro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When E.C. Água Santa's Gualterio Gilabert in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Vladimir Vasconcelos didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 84th minute, which inside left pole to 0-6. After a rather tough play, E.C. Água Santa's John Seah got a free kick in the 90th minute. Vladimir Vasconcelos made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Andrézinho Berger sent off a good shot on target. In the 94th minute Carlos Casemiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimir Vasconcelos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vladimir Vasconcelos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andrézinho Berger went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. E.C. Água Santa's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
