After a rather tough play, C.A. Travinha's Mariano Eduino got a free kick in the 3rd minute. In the 5thth minute of the game Mariano Eduino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Severo's Claudinho Tróia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 8 minutes into the match, C.A. Travinha's goal looked a bit too open when Júlio de Queirós came free, but Jens-Erik Larsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10th match minute, C.A. Travinha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giovanni Gaúcho to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Durvalino Pirani in the 15th minute of play forced C.A. Travinha's goalkeeper Jens-Erik Larsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, C.A. Travinha's Décio de Queirós got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 26th minute, Júlio de Queirós made a precise shot to the right of Jens-Erik Larsson. C.A. Travinha's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Jens-Erik Larsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. C.A. Travinha's Jens-Erik Larsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Moura in the 33rd minute of play. Claudinho Tróia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nelson Domingues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute, Décio de Queirós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dênis Castro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 37th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jens-Erik Larsson. C.A. Travinha's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Severo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 39th minute, when Nelson Domingues scored to the left of an out of position Claudinho Tróia, making the score, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Júlio de Queirós in the 46th minute of play forced C.A. Travinha's goalkeeper Jens-Erik Larsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Maicon Fernandez to make the kick off. Claudinho Tróia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Eduino in the 54th minute of the match. A collision led to Severo getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. José Augusto Arantes hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the match, C.A. Travinha's goal looked a bit too open when Durvalino Pirani came free, but Jens-Erik Larsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claudinho Tróia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maicon Fernandez in the 62nd minute of the match. Claudinho Tróia came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by C.A. Travinha's Maicon Fernandez. But to his dismay, Maicon Fernandez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After 74 minutes of play, C.A. Travinha's Miguel Arantes made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Claudinho Tróia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Durvalino Pirani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Jens-Erik Larsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute Nelson Domingues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudinho Tróia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Severo's zone, Miguel Arantes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudinho Tróia came out of the goal and Miguel Arantes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Claudinho Tróia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Eduino in the 92nd minute of play. After 96 minutes of play, C.A. Travinha's Mariano Eduino made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Claudinho Tróia was left in no man's land by his defense there! C.A. Travinha were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Severo for a fine match.
